How Our Fee Structure Works
AllSkills Recruiting operates on a contingency-based direct placement model — meaning there are no upfront costs. Our fee is a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, billed only upon a successful start date. We can customize a payment plan to fit your budget to enable you to get the hires you need to be sucessful.
Traditional
Our standard direct placement structure
- A % of the candidate's first-year base salary
- Fee is billable upon candidate start date
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice
- Guarantee through the candidate's 60th day
- Fully refundable if the candidate does not work out
Pay By Month
Spread the fee over 3 monthly installments
- Total fee split into 3 equal monthly payments
- First invoice issued on the candidate's start date
- Second and third invoices every 30 days thereafter
- Net 15 payment terms on each invoice
- No guarantee — but you only pay for time the candidate actually worked
- If the candidate leaves at day 45, you've paid 2 invoices and nothing more

Candidate Search

Placement & Invoice
Once your new hire starts, we invoice based on the agreed percentage of their base salary.

If the placement doesn't work out within the guarantee window, we replace at no additional charge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any upfront cost to get started?
No. AllSkills Recruiting works on a pure contingency basis. You pay nothing until we successfully place a candidate who starts with your company.
When is the fee invoiced?
The placement fee is invoiced on the candidate's first day of employment. Payment terms are net 30 from the invoice date unless we come to an alternate agreement.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within the guarantee period, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee or refund the money paid within the net payment terms.
Do you offer volume discounts for multiple hires?
Yes. Clients with ongoing or high-volume hiring needs may qualify for a reduced rate or flexible terms. Contact us to discuss a custom agreement.
